All UAE residents or visitors must respect and follow local laws and traditions or on the other hand you can face fine, have to pay fine or can be deported.

There is a death penalty for drug smuggling or such other activity. Moreover, keep yourself away from such a company or don’t take any luggage from unknown people.
It’s a must rule for women to dress modestly when in public; including shopping malls, hotels or in any public place. Swimming attires are allowed on beaches only. And the cross-dressing is officially illegal in UAE.
All gestures that are rude and make fun of anybody is considered as the offending act, its also implemented on social media. So you have to be very polite not only in public places but on social media sites as well. Similarly, there are lots of arrest cases registered in the UAE upon public affection or frowned acts.
All kind of extramarital relationship is illegal in UAE, if the authorities came to know about any kind of activity outside your marriage, you can be in trouble. At the same time, you can send to jail or fined or may be deported. For an illegitimate kid, there are lots of difficulties for the parents. You have to submit your marriage certificate, the UAE authorities will verify it and then your kid will get a birth certificate.
Keep in mind if you are involved in an activity like raising fund or running a campaign of charity while passing through UAE, it’s going to be heavily regulated. No matter you are doing individually, or in a group form, live or on social media; certainly collecting charity funds are not allowed.
Non-compliance can suffer heavy penalties including fines or imprisonment or both, so better take care of such activities.
In addition financial crimes; cheque bounce, not paying bills and money laundering might result in imprisonment and / or fine; or both. Likewise, the UAE authorities have the right to block your bank accounts and freeze your assets.
