This new study is based on a trial which was published in 2019; found that people who gargled and cleared their nostrils with saltwater have less congestion and cough. Now the benefits of saltwater therapy have been adopted by medical professionals since the sea-bathing trend of the 18th century. But almost all scientists suggest that gargling with saltwater could be beneficial for reducing early symptoms of the virus.

  • Do cover your mouth and nose with tissues or wear a mask.

  • Do avoid direct or unprotected contact with live wild or farm animals.
  • Avoid touching your nose, eyes, and mouth.
  • Regularly disinfect your surfaces and objects.
  • Throw away used face masks and tissues immidiately.
  • Avoid go out from home if it is not necessary.
